Delivery Time and Fees

All orders are shipped every Saturday from our logistics center in Belgium. Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are shipped on the Saturday of the same week.

FRANCE  
Shipping is free in metropolitan France on all our products. All our prices are in euros, including all taxes (TTC). You will never have to pay customs fees or additional charges at the time of delivery. The estimated delivery time for UPS is 2 to 5 business days for metropolitan France.

OVERSEAS (DOM/TOM)
(Guadeloupe, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin French part, Martinique, Réunion, Guyana).

Shipping costs are €30 per order, but are free for purchases over €210.  
Delivery is provided by UPS.  
The estimated delivery time for UPS is 5 to 11 business days, and for Guyana, the time is approximately 2 weeks.

EUROPE  
Shipping is free throughout Europe. Delivery is provided by UPS with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.

REST OF THE WORLD  
Shipping costs are €30. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, and customs fees may also apply.
